United Hotel

Superb location, clean facilities, and fantastic multi lingual staff. Staff organise transfers to events and airport. They also have extraordinary attention to detail and personalised service, this has become my hotel of choice for stays in Taipei

Great location in the city center. Metro station is a few steps a way and it is close to Taipei Dome with a commercial center. Rooms are clean, tidy, and well renovated. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Great service from the staffs. I was initially very disappointed with my first room as it did not fulfill any of my special requests (high floor, view of 101). Thought that there was no chance of changing room given that it’s a popular weekend but surprisingly the hotel manager found a room that fulfilled my requests shortly after I checked in. Thanks so much for making my stay memorable!

The room is spacious. Love the new couches and the little coffee table. The staff is friendly. My first night was horrible with the 2nd hand smoke through the AC pipe and the hallway. But after switching the room that problem is gone.

Overall, it's a good value for Taipei: clean, efficient, and comfortable. I like street food around the hotel.
